Shipping prices will be reflected at checkout depending on the shipping destination and weight of your order. At this time we do not offer free shipping for international orders.

We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

Due to payment restrictions in Malaysia, other cards (like American Express or regional cards) may not work reliably.

If you didn’t receive an order confirmation email or reach the confirmation page, your order likely didn’t go through.

The pending charge simply means our system attempted to process your payment. Please allow up to 48 hours for it to clear — the funds will return to your account automatically.

Sometimes, banks or payment providers hold transactions for security checks, which can cause these errors. If this happens, try again with a different card or place your order again after 24 hours.

Orders within Southeast Asia are shipped via J&T.

All international orders are handled by DHL or Aramex.

Once an order is placed, an email will be sent to each customer with the tracking number and instructions on how to track the order after your order has been shipped.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are determined by the destination country.

We are not responsible for these additional charges.

We work hard to ensure your order is processed quickly. We do this to make sure you get your order in the quickest time possible. Once you have placed your order we are unable to amend or cancel.

We understand how frustrating it can be to receive a delivery notification—only to find no package in sight. While uncommon, carriers sometimes mark packages as “delivered” a bit early, with the actual delivery following shortly after.

Here’s what we recommend:

Please allow up to 2 business days from the marked delivery date, as packages often arrive within this timeframe.

In the meantime, we suggest checking around your property, with neighbors, or contacting your local courier to see if they’ve received the parcel.

If you did not purchase shipping protection, we typically are not responsible for issues that occur during transit and recommend reaching out directly to the carrier for further assistance.
